In some chemical industries the process involved can lead to corrosion of the tanks and contamination of the contents. One way of dealing with this problem is to line the industrial tank. Rubber lining can be the most efficient and cost effective means of achieving this. Lining is a process which requires experience, a rigorous adherence to International Standards, and an understanding of the environmental impact of the process. Therein lies the strength of IQL.

Facilities.

 
Purpose built fully equipped factory with environmental controls to ensure the highest quality product and service.

Fully equipped shotblast chamber 10m X 5m X 5m for substrate preparation.

Vulcanisation is carried out in our autoclaves the largest being 4m dia X 13m overall.

Lifting capacity by crane 15 Tonnes together with various fork lift trucks.

Conventional or airless spray equipment available for paint application.

Mobile equipment comprising of shotblasting plant, electric generator, compressor and boiler for on site application.

Technical Support.

IQL is here to offer advice on the types of lining you may require for your process and will guide you along what can seem at times a fairly difficult path. In the end you will feel confident that you have received the advice you need.

Inspection.

IQL offer both in the UK and overseas a full inspection service covering visual inspection, electrical testing of linings and laboratory testing if necessary. The results will be fully documented and a recommendation given.
