Capabilities

Industrial water treatment plants comprise of Cation, Anion and Mixed bed vessels together with acid dilution and storage facilities, which in many cases are Rubber Lined. Hence the need for IQL services when refurbishment is necessary.

As an addition to our rubber lining skills and techniques IQL have developed the capability of accepting an isolated vessel and carrying out the total refurbishment which includes removal of Resin, dismantling internal fittings, stripping existing rubber, carrying out metal rectification or modification, shotblasting and re-lining, vulcanising, re-assembly, recharging of resins and commissioning.
