To support our technical advice and quality claims IQL have in place sound working procedures and method statements. These measures are constantly the subject of training material and ensure the removal of bad habits and poor workmanship.

IQL are fully aware of the environmental controls needed in rubber applications together with the proper surface preparation that is essential for successful completion of rubber and paint applications. At their factory they have a fully equipped Shotblast chamber for the surface preparation and a factory shop floor environmentally controlled for temperature and de-humidification etc.

When on site IQL are totally self sufficient and supply all equipment including compressors, Shotblast and breathing equipment. All personnel are fully conversant with the use of such equipment.
