IQL MATERIAL REFERENCE: 124 

DESCRIPTION

• 124 is a high quality soft natural rubber specifically compounded for use as a self vulcanising plant lining Material.

APPLICATION
(FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS CONTACT IQL LIMITED).

• 124 is used in applications when self vulcanising compound is required. The material being resistant to many acids and common chemicals, whilst still providing a high degree of flexibility.

TEMPERATURE
(FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS CONTACT IQL LIMITED).

• Depending upon application: -20 to 70 deg C. The material can withstand higher temperatures than 70 deg C but will result in a reduced working life.

VULCANISATION TIME

• 4 to 6 weeks at 20 deg C.

• 1.54.

COLOUR

• Black.

HARDNESS

• 55 to 65' shore “A”.

STORAGE

• The material should be stored out of direct sunlight in a cool and dry location. Each roll should be supported through the centre tube. For details of storage for rubber-lined equipment refer to IQL Limited.
