IQL MATERIAL REFERENCE: 111 

DESCRIPTION

• 111 is a high quality soft natural rubber specifically compounded for use as a plant lining Material. IQL use this extensively when abrasion resistance is a priority and a harder compound than IQL 105 is required.

APPLICATION
(FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS CONTACT IQL LIMITED).

• 111 is used for a variety of applications, being resistant to many acids and common chemicals, whilst still providing good abrasion resistance and flexibility.

TEMPERATURE
(FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS CONTACT IQL LIMITED).

• Depending upon application: 20 to 70 deg C. The material can withstand higher temperatures than 70 deg C but will result in a reduced working life.

VULCANISATION TIME

• 1.5 hours at 50-psi steam (148 deg C).

• 1.13.

COLOUR

• Black.

HARDNESS

• 48 to 58' shore “A”.

STORAGE

• The material should be stored out of direct sunlight in a cool and dry location. Each roll should be supported through the centre tube. For details of storage for rubber-lined equipment refer to IQL Limited.

SHELF LIFE

• If stored below 20 deg C: 1 month minimum
